Our projects

In addition to meeting the needs of our customers, we have initiated several projects:

Citizens Communities of practice

We manage the French and English communities of practice related to what is called the science that studies society as a manageable organization: Societology. These CoP have been developed to help those interested in identifying, developing and implementing best practices in the different field associated with the development of the citizens and the management of collectivities, exchange knowledge and best practices between themselves. These exchanges allow them to better understand the impact that best practices from one field have on the best practices of another field, thus creating an environment conductive for system thinking and help make learning organizations out of societies.

We also manage the French and English communities of practice related to the implementation of these best practices at the local, provincial, departmental or national level. These sites: If I was... and Si j'étais..., are presently off line until the proper context and best practices are determine.

Your City! Your World! Your Village!

It is certainly the most ambitious project of our organization. With the help of citizens around the world, we want to create a movement called Your City! Your World! Your Village! whose aim is to promote citizens best practices that will facilitate the development of the citizen himself as well as the collectivity he lives in.

Conference

We are the instigators of the world first conference on the governance of societies. Entitled: Making Learning organizations out of societies, this conference will be held in the beautiful metropolitan area of Gatineau/Ottawa in May 2013. Its goal is to help the participants understand the role of each type of citizens, from the working citizen to the influencer, from the ostracized to the leaders, from the decision makers to those who removed themselves from society, in the processes that facilitate or impede the development of the citizens themselves as well as facilitating the operation of the collectivities.

The participant will also understand what are the different societal resources present in the collectivities and their impact on the citizens and the collectivities.
